What if a model arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order, and all shipments are fully insured. If your model arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If the damage occurred during transit, we will provide a full refund or appropriate resolution.
What condition are the models in?
All models are brand new and unopened in their original packaging. Each item is carefully inspected before being listed and is shrink-wrapped for added protection during storage and transit. Any exceptions or condition notes will be clearly stated in the product description.
